What counts as a seat?
A seat is one counsellor or staff member who signs in. Students using their progress link and upload links do not need seats.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to Multiple Entry features. No card is required to start.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Add or remove seats and move between plans at any time. Changes are prorated on your next invoice.
Do you charge per student?
No. Pricing is per counsellor seat only. Add as many students, applications and documents as your intake needs.
Which currencies can we pay in?
Prices are listed in USD. Consultancies in India can be invoiced in INR at the prevailing rate, with GST added where applicable.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Export your students, applications and documents at any time. On request, we delete your data from our systems.
