Terms of Service

These terms apply when a consultancy signs up for a trial or a paid plan. By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of your consultancy.

01The service

The platform is a CRM for study-abroad consultancies. It includes a student pipeline, AI course matching, application tracking, a document vault, visa file checklists, a commission tracker and a counsellor mobile app, depending on your plan.

02Accounts and seats

Each seat is for one named person and must not be shared. Admins are responsible for adding and removing users and for keeping sign-in details secure. Students using progress and upload links do not need seats.

03Free trial

New consultancies can use the platform free for 14 days. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan; if you do not, the account becomes read-only and can be exported or deleted on request.

04Fees and billing

Paid plans are charged per seat, monthly or annually, in advance. Prices are listed in USD; invoices for Indian consultancies may be issued in INR with applicable taxes. Seat changes are prorated on the next invoice.

05No outcome guarantees

The platform helps organize student journeys. It does not guarantee admission, scholarships or visas. Admission decisions are made by universities and visa decisions by immigration authorities.

Course, fee and checklist information is drawn from university and official sources and shown with its source and last-checked date. Requirements change; counsellors must confirm details with the official source before advising a student.

06AI suggestions

AI features produce suggestions, such as shortlists, summaries and task drafts. They can be incomplete or wrong. Your counsellors are responsible for reviewing suggestions before acting on them or sharing them with students.

07Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to:

  • Upload student data without a lawful basis or the student's consent where required.
  • Make false promises of admission or visa outcomes to students using material from the platform.
  • Attempt to access another consultancy's data or interfere with the platform's security.
  • Resell or sublicense access without a written agreement.

08Your data

Your consultancy owns its data, including student records and documents. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. You can export it at any time and ask us to delete it when you leave.

09Availability and support

We work to keep the platform available and secure and to fix issues promptly. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support levels depend on your plan.

10Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made by universities or immigration authorities.

11Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice, except where immediate action is needed to protect the platform or students.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
